For the Spotlight.

For over 15 years we have been both friends and stage managers, dating back to early career shows at LSU. After graduation we went our separate ways geographically but never professionally. Different cities, same craft, same standards.

Like most of the industry, COVID furloughed us both. We got into marketing during that time and found we were pretty good at it. Not because we had all the answers but because we knew how to find them. We dig into the data, interpret what it is telling us, and pivot until the story aligns with where the brand needs to go.

We have spent our careers making other people's work shine onstage. Bird & Co is just a bigger stage.

Performance brands deserve that same level of attention. That is why we are here.

Bird grew up in the wings.

With a background in stage management, she understands being calm in chaos, leading without ego, and solving ten problems at once while making it look effortless.

When live events paused during the pandemic, she pivoted into marketing and found a new kind of stage. What began as necessity quickly became fascination. She fell in love with the strategy, the data, and the psychology behind what

makes people show up.

Patsy

Patsy is the kind of person you want in the room when things get messy.

With a background in stage management, she knows how to move fast, think faster, and handle whatever chaos gets thrown her way. Headset energy, steel nerves, zero drama.

If it needs to get done, she's already halfway through it.

At Bird & Co, she's our social media brain and resident copy sharp-shooter. She has a natural instinct for what will land, what will scroll, and what will stop someone mid-thumb.

Her writing is quick, clever, and just the right amount of unfiltered. The sarcasm meter runs high, but so does the strategic thinking behind it.

She's from Tennessee, plays women's tackle football, considers snake handling a peaceful hobby. Tough, smart, and completely unafraid to dive in and do the work.

Gobo

Gobo was not hired. She simply appeared one day and started running things. We have not questioned it since.

Her title is Crew Chief and she takes it seriously. More seriously than anyone else in the building if we are being honest. She oversees quality control, general operations, and the vibe of the whole office. Mostly the vibe.

Gobo does not do small talk. She watches, she evaluates, and she judges silently from whatever elevated surface she has claimed that day. We have never seen her miss a detail. We have never seen her blink either. We are not sure she does.

She has no LinkedIn. She does not need one. Her reputation precedes her.
